This is one of the advanced lessons in the GradeUp programme. Students learn how to express opinions more naturally, respond to other people’s ideas, and explain their own views with clearer reasoning. The lesson focuses on opinion starters, polite agreement and disagreement, giving reasons, and building longer responses that sound thoughtful and mature. Learners practise discussion language, modern topic responses, and the confidence to take part in group conversations without relying on short, simple answers. The lesson is ideal for adult learners who want to sound more articulate and more comfortable sharing ideas in English. It supports real conversational fluency by helping students explain what they think and why they think it, in a clear and natural way.
