Service Description
This is one of the advanced lessons in the GradeUp programme. Students learn how to explain problems clearly, stay calm under pressure, and handle difficult situations in a polite and direct way. The lesson focuses on describing what happened, explaining misunderstandings, asking for help, and pushing for a solution without sounding rude or aggressive. Learners practise complaint language, problem explanation, and calm pressure phrases that help them stay in control during stressful conversations. The goal is to give adult learners the confidence to speak clearly when something goes wrong, whether that is at work, over the phone, or in everyday life. This lesson is practical, mature, and designed to help students communicate with clarity when the situation matters.
